2. Enrollment & Fees

  • Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis and is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
  • Fees are non-refundable except in cases of program cancellation by Golden Palms Nature Camp.
  • Payment must be made before the start of the program. Late payments may result in the forfeiture of the child’s spot.

3. Attendance & Participation

  • Regular attendance is expected. If a child is unable to attend, parents must notify the school in advance.
  • No refunds or credits will be issued for missed days.

4. Safety & Medical Policies

  • Parents must provide up-to-date medical and emergency contact information.
  • In case of a medical emergency, Golden Palms Nature Camp will take appropriate action, including contacting emergency services.
  • Parents are responsible for informing staff of any allergies or medical conditions.

5. Behavior & Conduct

  • Children are expected to respect instructors, fellow students, and nature.
  • Any disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in dismissal from the program without refund.

6. Clothing & Equipment

  • Children must wear weather-appropriate clothing and sturdy footwear.
  • Parents must supply any required personal items such as water bottles, insect repellent, and sunscreen.
  • Golden Palms Nature Camp is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

7. Liability & Waiver

  • Participation in outdoor activities carries inherent risks. By enrolling, parents acknowledge these risks and release Golden Palms Nature Camp from liability for injuries or accidents.
  • A signed waiver is required before participation.

8. Photography & Media

  • Golden Palms Nature Camp may take photos/videos for promotional and educational purposes.
  • Parents who do not consent must provide written notice.

9. Cancellations & Modifications
